My Journey
My career is built on a foundation of Psychology and a deep curiosity about human behavior. This path took me from tech talent acquisition in Barcelona—where I scaled engineering teams and built recruiting pipelines from scratch—to leading complex HR operations in the United States.
At Rviewer, I managed the end-to-end recruiting cycle for software engineers and data roles, working closely with hiring managers to create strategies that generated real impact. Now at SACYR USA, I focus on the infrastructure that supports the workforce: digitizing records across North America, managing international mobility from over 8 countries, and leading the transition from ADP to SAP.
