I’ve worked across global teams, led full-cycle hiring for tech roles, and implemented systems like SAP and Workday. Passionate about using workforce data to improve processes, support strategic decisions, and enhance employee experience.

My Journey

My career is built on a foundation of Psychology and a deep curiosity about human behavior. This path took me from tech talent acquisition in Barcelona—where I scaled engineering teams and built recruiting pipelines from scratch—to leading complex HR operations in the United States.

At Rviewer, I managed the end-to-end recruiting cycle for software engineers and data roles, working closely with hiring managers to create strategies that generated real impact. Now at SACYR USA, I focus on the infrastructure that supports the workforce: digitizing records across North America, managing international mobility from over 8 countries, and leading the transition from ADP to SAP.
